How do I connect the headsets for the first time? Is setup complicated?

Setup is simple and the system is essentially ready to use as soon as it is powered on. No manual pairing, phone or computer connection, or master-unit setup is required.

All headsets are set to Group 10 at the factory.
Make sure every headset is fully charged, then slide the power switch to turn each unit on.
The status light flashes while the headset searches for the network. When the light turns solid and the headset announces “Network connected,” setup is complete and the team can begin talking.
