What should I do if a headset cannot connect to other users or join a conversation group?

Check the following in order:

• Group setting: Make sure every headset that needs to communicate is set to the same group.
• Distance: Keep the headsets within operating range and reduce the number of obstructions between them.
• Battery level: A low battery may reduce transmit power. Charge the battery and try again.
• Restart the headset: Slide the power switch off, then turn the headset back on.
• Environmental interference: Try another group to avoid a possible source of interference.
