VAXIS WARRANTY POLICY
1. Return and Replacement
Please check carefully after receiving the goods. If you find any defects please email to Service@vaxis.cn within 7 calendar days (STORM series) / 14 calendar days(ATOM series).
VAXIS will inform you how to properly handle the goods after receiving your email. If there is any form of damage to the product (including appearance damage such as scratches), VAXIS reserves the right to refuse to return and refund or to charge a repair fee of at least 10% of the product original purchase price.
Customers need to pay for any return shipping to the designated service center (including cross-border and international shipping costs, if applicable). Vaxis will pay for reshipping. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse. During the warranty period, customers need to pay for maintenance costs for any man-made damage or unauthorized use or modification of the product. Product repair costs beyond the warranty period or due to man-made damage will be charged according to the specific degree of damage.
2. Warranty Period
Vaxis provides a warranty of 12 months for Atom series products to end-users (who purchased directly from Vaxis), 15 months for dealers and distributors. For Storm series products, there is an 18-month warranty for end-users and a 24-month warranty for dealers and distributors.
3. What is not covered by the warranty / Warranty Range
VAXIS does not accept any return except for quality problems of the product.
VAXIS will not accept any return, exchange or repair of any products without an RMA number; the products received without an RMA number may be returned to the customer. VAXIS may also charge some administrative fees at its discretion.
In addition, if the goods are damaged or lost in transit, you can choose to lodge a claim with the shipping company (whether it has insurance or not), and the shipping company can decide whether to pay or refuse the claim. VAXIS has no control over the process but we will help to collect any documentation (such as copies of commercial invoices) that may be required for this process.
4. After-sales process
If VAXIS is responsible for this issue, please apply for the RMA form and email it to service@vaxis.cn. Please pack the product in the plastic bag as the way you received it, and put RMA form inside the box. Please tell us the tracking number after sending it out. Upon receipt, VAXIS will evaluate the goods before refund or replacement. If it is a quality problem, VAXIS will be responsible for the freight returned and will refund or exchange the goods. If there is no quality problem or the problem is not our responsibility, you will bear the freight at your own expense and VAXIS will refuse to refund any payment.
The above warranty policy only applies to the product which is purchased fromVaxis official Stores or authorized dealers. Otherwise, two-way shipping costs and repair costs need to be paid by customers.

Vaxis Warranty Policy for Litecomm Full-Duplex Intercom System
Please ensure to inspect the product thoroughly upon receipt. If any defects are discovered by consumers within 7 days of receipt of delivery, please contact service@vaxis.cn to obtain an RMA form for returning the product. Consumers have the option to return the item for a refund or request Vaxis to replace or repair the product.
For defects found within 15 days of receipt of delivery, consumers can also contact service@vaxis.cn to obtain an RMA form and proceed with returning the product. Consumers have the option to request Vaxis to replace or repair the product.
Vaxis provides a 12-month warranty for the main device, headphones, batteries, and charger. However, this warranty becomes void if defect is determined to be caused by human factors.
